​Campground Amenities:
- Bath House: Enjoy a large bath house with laundry facilities and hot water.
- Fishing Pond: Perfect for relaxing and casting a line.
- Recreation Room: Includes a pool table, TV, 60 mbps WiFi, board games, cornhole, foosball, snack bar, BBQ grills, and more.

Pets:
- Well-behaved pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash. There’s a dog lot for off-leash play, but any pet left unattended will be considered stray.

 Luxury Cabins:
- Propane Stoves: The propane stoves in cabins are not lit prior to your arrival for a true camping experience. If you prefer it pre-lit, we offer this service for a fee.
- Linens & Extra Beds: Cabins are set up with sheets for the provided beds only. Extra sheets for pullouts or additional beds can be provided for an extra charge. 
- Additional Guests: Extra adults are $10 per night, and children over 5 are $5 per night.

General Information & Rules:
- Animal Safety: Please do not feed the animals.
- Pets: All pets must be kept on a leash.
- Campground Rules:
   - No clotheslines or fireworks.
   - Do not move picnic tables or damage trees.
   - Only firewood is allowed in fire rings – no trash.
   - Keep the campground clean (no littering cigarette butts, bottle caps, etc.).
   - Alcoholic beverages must be in a cozy.
- **Children:** All children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times and must stay at their campsite after dark.
- Rock Safety: No picking up, throwing, or moving rocks.
- Security: Sky Island is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please lock up valuables.
- Respectful Behavior: Be courteous to your neighbors. Anyone acting disrespectfully will be asked to leave without a refund.
- No Refund Policy: Once a site is paid for, there will be no refunds.

RV Booking Information:
- Seasonal RV Site Rentals: Yes, we offer seasonal rentals. 
- What is a seasonal rental? It allows you to semi-permanently set up your RV and visit on weekends, holidays, or any 10 nights per month.

Cabin Booking Information:
- Booking Requirements: To book a cabin, we need your name, phone number, address, and a Visa or MasterCard to hold the reservation.
- How to Book: Call 828-668-4928 between 10 AM and 5 PM, 7 days a week.
- One-Night Stays: We accept one-night bookings when paid in advance (except on holidays).

Longer-Term Rentals:
- Weekly & Monthly Rates: We offer great rates for extended stays.

Leaving the Cabin:
- Clean-Up: Please clean out the refrigerator, BBQ, and fire rings, and wash and put away any dishes.

Check-In/Check-Out Times:
- Check-In: 3:00 PM
- Check-Out: 10:30 AM

Swimming: 
- Pond & Creek: Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.

Sunday Brunch:
- Time: 10:30 AM (weather permitting).

Taxes & Rates:
- Taxes: Cabins in NC are subject to a 12.75% tax rate.
- Rates: Based on 2 adults, 2 children, and 1 vehicle per site. Some sites may not include parking.

Primitive Cabin Notes:
- Power & Water: Power is available on the porch (bring a drop cord). Water is a short walk away, and the bath house is on-site.
-  Linens: Linens are provided, but please bring your own pillow and blanket.

Cancellation Policy:
- Notice: A minimum of 30 days notice is required for a full refund, minus the booking fee.

      Additional Charges:
- Cleaning Fees: Fees may vary from $50 to $350 depending on how the cabin is left. If you clean the refrigerator, BBQ, and fire ring, there will be no charge.

 Payment Information:
- Reservations: A deposit of one night’s stay is required. All camping fees are non-refundable. We accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard.

   Late Arrivals & Early Arrivals:
- Late Arrivals: Call ahead for check-in instructions. After 9:00 PM, only cash is accepted.
- Early Arrivals:
   - Campground & Primitive Cabins: Noon arrival is an extra $10, 10 AM arrival is $15.
   - Log House & Couples Cabins: Noon arrival is an extra $25, 10 AM arrival is $50.

     Late Check-Out:
- Campground & Primitive Cabins: Noon check-out is $10, 5 PM check-out is $15.
- Log House & Couples Cabins: Noon check-out is $25, 5 PM check-out is $50.

      Important Note:
- Early arrivals setting up camp before office hours will be charged for the previous day. Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Linens: All cabins come with sheets for the bed(s) provided. Extra sheets or towels are available for an additional charge.
